ALL wigs are inspected before leaving the warehouse, and must meet high Quality Assurance standards. We hope that you enjoy your purchase, and want your shopping experience with us to be pleasant.
CUSTOM MADE LACE WIGS: You may request replacement or re-creation of a custom made lace wig or frontal piece if it differs from your Final Order Confirmation. Should this replacement take place, it is a one-time occurrence lasting throughout the lifetime of the purchase. It is important to understand that these wigs are made especially for you, and that due to the nature of this purchase it is final and non-refundable.
To Guarantee Customer Satisfaction, specifications of custom made orders are confirmed with the client, via electronic mail or telephone, before the order is sent to our Master Wigmakers for processing.
INSTOCK LACE WIGS: You have three (3) business days to contact us for exchange of your lace wig. We cannot accept used wigs for exchange. To receive an exchange please adhere to the following:
Email us so that we have written proof of your exchange request. Upon receipt of your request we will send you the the shipping address for exchanges.
DO NOT remove the excess lace from the wig, brush, comb or alter the wig in any way.
The wig must be returned in it's original condition with packaging including tags and wig bag.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these terms as specified.
